Welcome to ProLogic IT support. Here we can (hopefully) point you in the correct direction to receive the assistance you need in a timely manner. There are several ways to request or to receive assistance.
Call any one of the support numbers listed in the upper right hand corner of every web page. If a technician does not answer your call then please leave a detailed message and a call back number.
Click on the support widget icon in the upper right
hand corner of any page to be connected via telephone to the first
available support technician. By using a call back
feature of our VOIP system there is no cost to you. You have
the option of leaving a message if no technician is currently
available.

If you are sitting at a computer that has a ProLogic IT Agent
(the blue PL icon next to the clock in the system tray) then you can right click on the
ProLogic IT Agent to send a tech support request via email
from that machine.
